Rene Daughtry, ITC Professional and Social Economic Entrepreneur

A 23-year veteran of the company, Rene Daughtry has inspired many at Cisco with his innovative leadership on the Research Triangle Park campus and in communities across North Carolina. Rene Daughtry has started various support teams in Cisco within the World Wide Technical Support organization as well as in Advance Services. In a past role in Cisco Advanced Services he had to be innovative and creative in ways Cisco support its customers and create ways to enhance the service offering. His current role is that of the Advanced Services Lead Project Manager overseeing advanced technology testing of Next Generation Cable Solutions for US Service Provider, Advanced Virtual Data Center Solutions and Internet of Things (IoT) for US Enterprise customers. He oversees engineering teams in the US and in India. Each project is scoped at of $15+ million annually.

He created Aisymmetry LLC that conducts LEGO robotics workshops and creates Lego Robotic Coding curriculums for youth based nonprofits, schools and churches. As a facilitator he regularly works with young people who aren’t interested in robotics or aren’t very confident in the verbal and written skills needed to participate. His solution is to engage them by demonstrating the technology through presentations and demonstrations. He utilizes the Lego Robotic Mindstorm curriculum to enhance middle and high school students’ critical thinking, innovation and imagination.

Aisymmetry LLC has now added CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certification courses to its offerings as well as workshops on Personal Branding, Presentational Skills and other life skills.

Diana Nickole Graham - Serial Proprietor, Speaker, Author, Professor, Certified Life Coach, Army Combat Veteran

Diana Nickole Graham (DNG), MPA, MBA, approaches society with a desire to aid others in their path to self discovery and success.  At the tender age of twenty-seven, Ms. Graham had earned four degrees. A Master’s in Business Administration, Master's degree in Public Administration, preceded by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies all with Honors.

As a former Veteran of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post Commander, DNG looks forward to aiding in developing policy and programs around the Veteran community that will have a positive impact on Veterans' lives. Throughout communities at large Diana anticipates a great shifting to advance the Veteran population. 

Through entrepreneurship DNG continues to serve as a serial proprietor as a prime federal contractor, her consulting firm, Crowned for Success Global Consulting, LLC which focuses on Veteran Advocacy, Administration (Virtual Assistant Services), and Process Creation / Improvement, inclusive of extensive trainings and facilitation on numerous subject matters. Impacting and influencing lives for the betterment is a deep rooted assignment accompanied with purpose for DNG. She furthers this calling as a Certified Life Coach and as Professor Graham at Apex School of Theology via main campus lectures, online instruction, Directed Studies orchestration and facilitation, along with advising. Additionally expanding her boundaries as Adjutant at North Carolina Wesleyan College, Aspire.

DNG is also a published author, her first book is entitled Duly Noted.  This publication is noted as a self-help / improvement for assessing where one is and moving forward. 'It's your life, do something with it.'
